Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho is reportedly leaning towards a move to Chelsea over Napoli, according to TyC Sport.
Napoli had their initial bid for Garnacho rejected as United held firm on a £70m asking price. Chelsea, however, are also keen to sign the 20-year-old before the January transfer window closes.
Garnacho’s agents were spotted at Stamford Bridge on Monday night, watching Chelsea’s 3-1 victory over Wolves.
Meanwhile, United’s management held further discussions with Napoli on Tuesday, with reports from Italy suggesting the club has now lowered their asking price to €65m (£54.8m).
Despite this, Garnacho is said to prefer staying in the Premier League, although Chelsea have yet to make an official offer to United.
Ahead of Thursday’s Europa League match against Rangers, United manager Ruben Amorim declined to comment on Garnacho’s future.
