Manchester United loanee Antony continued to impress in Spain, playing a key role in Real Betis’ dominant 5-1 win over Real Valladolid last night.
The Brazilian winger was heavily involved in Betis’ third goal, driving at the defence before delivering a precise pass that Aitor Ruibal cut back for Isco to finish. The move was credited as a key pass, highlighting Antony’s growing influence.
He was lively throughout the match, registering 84 touches, completing 86% of his passes, and creating one clear-cut chance. He also successfully completed three dribbles and proved active defensively, winning seven ground duels. However, he found less joy in front of goal, with one shot off target and three more blocked by Valladolid’s back line.

Elsewhere in Europe, Tyrell Malacia featured briefly for PSV Eindhoven in their 3-1 away win over FC Twente. The full-back played the final 12 minutes, making two tackles, an interception, and a clearance. He also won both of his ground duels and completed all five of his passes during a quiet outing.
Meanwhile, Radek Vitek played the full 90 minutes for FC Blau-Weiß Linz in their 2-1 victory over Rapid Wien. The 2022 Youth Cup winner made two saves inside the box and dealt well with high balls, making two claims and a punch. However, his distribution was off the mark, completing just 30% of his passes and only four of 20 long balls. He did manage two clearances and won an aerial duel to help his side secure their first win in five matches.
