Crystal Palace sealed a commanding 3-0 victory over Aston Villa at Wembley on Saturday evening to become the first side through to this season’s FA Cup final.
Despite entering the semi-final as underdogs, Oliver Glasner’s side delivered a complete performance, comfortably outplaying Unai Emery’s Villa across the pitch.
Eberechi Eze opened the scoring with a stunning first-time strike in the first half, setting the tone for what was to come. Although Jean-Philippe Mateta missed a penalty early in the second half, Palace didn’t let up—instead, they upped the intensity.

Ismaila Sarr netted twice, first capitalizing shortly after the missed spot-kick, then sealing the win with a stoppage-time finish.
The result sends Palace to their first FA Cup final since 2016, when they were narrowly beaten by Manchester United. They’ll face either Manchester City or Nottingham Forest in the final at Wembley on 17 May.
