Yoruba film actress Nike Alajogun has disclosed how her challenging circumstances drove her to change her religion In addition to discussing how she overcame her obstacles at the time,
In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Ojopagogo TV, she explained that she converted from Christianity to Islam, and she later left Islam to become a traditionalist in order to overcome her sickness at the time.
In her statement, she said, “I had a very tough challenge with a pastor, and it lasted for 15 years, and I had to run away from the church. One of my friends introduced me to Islam, and she told me that I don’t need to go to the mosque or church and that I can easily pray in my house. I agreed to join Islam, and I was very devoted to the religion to the extent that I visited Mecca 7 times. I got very sick at some point, but none of my Muslim friends were there to help me out, and that was how I decided to become a traditionalist.
I left Christianity to join Islam and left Islam for traditionalism to overcome my sickness. The traditionalists were the only ones that told me the truth about the exact thing that happened to me, and they assured me that I was going to get over the sickness.”
