Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr shared his reaction after Kylian Mbappe netted his first-ever hat-trick for the club during their 3-0 victory over Real Valladolid on Saturday.
Mbappe’s clinical performance at the Estadio José Zorrilla helped Los Merengues secure a commanding win, solidifying their position at the top of the LaLiga table with 49 points from 21 matches.
The Frenchman opened the scoring in the 30th minute after a quick one-two with Jude Bellingham. His second came in the 57th minute, courtesy of a perfectly timed through ball from Rodrygo. Mbappe completed his hat-trick in stoppage time (90’+1′) by converting a penalty after Bellingham was fouled inside the box.
Following the match, Vinicius Jr took to Instagram to praise Mbappe’s achievement, posting: “3X! I like this celebration” (translated from Spanish).
Mbappe’s stellar performance continues to underline his importance to Real Madrid’s campaign as they push for LaLiga glory.
