Veteran Nollywood actress, Ayo Mogaji has disclosed how certain producers and performers stopped asking her to appear in their films after she voiced her disapproval of other actresses’ lewd attire.
In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Seun Oloketuyi during an interview, she claimed that she did not get movie roles from her colleagues in the movie industry because she lamented about how some actresses exposed their bodies.
When asked to compare her own generation to the present generation of actors, she said, “I’m a very objective person, and when I speak, some people will say I talk too much. My own generation doesn’t sell their bodies to men, and we don’t draw tattoos on our chests.
We didn’t wear short dresses to show off our legs because we had values and morals, and we were trying to teach our viewers moral values. I didn’t get movie roles when I complained about some actresses exposing their bodies.”
