Nollywood Yoruba actress, Bimpe Akintunde, has expressed the lesson she learned after seeing the Lisabi sequel, the latest film directed by her colleague Lateef Adedimeji.
She wrote in a long essay on her Instagram page that she came to the realization that, despite your male might, you are unlikely to succeed without the help of a woman.
Sending a message to men, she said God wasn’t foolish when he created women as your backbone and support system. She advises men who God blesses with a brave woman to support, to learn to appreciate them. Bimpe noted how a brave woman would go to war with her husband and make sure he wins.
So I saw LISABI this mid night , and I realize that no matter how powerful you are as a man , without the support of a woman it’s likely you keep trying and never win, LISABI won the Oloyo war, because of A backup of a Brave Woman IKEOLA, moral lesson…..Dear Men , God wasn’t foolish when he created Women as your backbone and support system, if you are a man and God bless you with A Brave woman to support you in your journey learn to Appreciate and Adore them , A Brave Woman will go to war with her Husband and make sure he wins even lai down her life for him…….And for every Brave and supportive women out there, I pray that you won’t join Force with the wrong person…..🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🤍🤍🤍🤍
