Sean Kanu, the son of Nigerian football legend Nwankwo Kanu, has officially signed with Polish club Klub Sportowy Górnik Polkowice.
The 19-year-old forward, eager to follow in his father’s footsteps in European football, joins the club in Poland’s third-tier league, where he hopes to make his mark and build on his family’s celebrated legacy.
Nwankwo Kanu, one of Africa’s most decorated footballers, boasts an impressive career that includes winning the UEFA Champions League, Premier League titles, and two African Player of the Year awards.
Sean has spent several years developing his skills, including time at Watford FC’s youth academy in England. His move to Górnik Polkowice marks his first step into professional football, providing him with the opportunity to grow and showcase his talent on the European stage.
