Sources claim that Yinka Ayefele, the owner of Fresh FM Ibadan, owns a magnificent residence worth over N10 billion, making it the most valuable property in the city.
The new Yinka Ayefele mansion screams absolutely nothing but luxury as the media mogul went ahead to show off the interior of his newly acquired mansion.
Funny enough, the mansion is not located in Lagos State as it is situated in Lagelu estate behind his music house.
