Chelsea are not willing to allow Joao Felix to leave on loan this January, despite interest from AC Milan.
Felix, who rejoined Chelsea from Atletico Madrid for £45m last summer, had spent a six-month loan spell at Stamford Bridge in 2023. However, the versatile forward has struggled to secure regular playing time under manager Enzo Maresca, currently behind Cole Palmer in the number ten role.
The Portuguese international has scored six goals in cup competitions this season but has made just three Premier League starts. His limited game time has drawn attention from top European clubs, including AC Milan, who are keen on a loan deal this month.
According to transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, Chelsea are determined to keep Felix for the rest of the season and are not open to loaning him out. In fact, the club is reportedly looking to strengthen their attacking options in the January transfer window.
